BeachCup 2025: Sport, community, and lived responsibility
 

This year’s BeachCup in Ketsch impressively demonstrated the energy, solidarity, and commitment that lies within the European promotional products industry. What originally began as a sports-themed summer festival has since evolved into an industry-wide flagship event. BeachCup 2025 set new standards in terms of sports, organization, and interpersonal skills.

In midsummer temperatures of 36 degrees Celsius, over 300 guests from across Europe gathered at the BeachCup grounds to experience a day full of emotions, sporting ambition, and intense exchange. A total of 94 matches were played over eight hours on several courts. 27 highly motivated teams competed against each other, fueled by an exhilarating atmosphere and the unwavering determination to collectively set a strong example for the industry.

The sporting highlights included the semifinals with the teams Atlantis Fioi, Bärenbande, Zogi Barracudas, and the Inspirion Sandkastenfreunde. These encounters were characterized by fairness, team spirit, and great commitment. The Zogi Barracudas secured first place. Second place went to the Inspirion Sandkastenfreunde, followed by Atlantis Fioi in third place.

A special highlight was the inaugural Tour de Promo powered by Prodir. One team set off on Wednesday morning by bike from Kastellaun and completed the route to Ketsch within two days. The participants arrived at the event site punctually on Friday afternoon. This sporting achievement symbolizes the endurance, determination, and solidarity that characterizes the BeachCup.

In addition, social engagement was also a top priority. In cooperation with the DKMS (German Cancer Society), a registration event was held on site. Over 100 people registered as potential stem cell donors. This set a strong example of solidarity and social responsibility.

​

The festive conclusion was an atmospheric Players’ Night, which lasted until the early hours of the morning. The event offered numerous opportunities for personal exchange, networking, and the shared experience of a special industry event.

The BeachCup 2025 impressively demonstrated the power of a committed community. Planning for the next edition in 2026 has already begun. The goal is to continue this special spirit and inspire even more people.

The Tour de Promo will once again be a special focus next year. Following its successful launch this year, the bicycle rally will be expanded in 2026. Anyone interested in participating in this initiative as a rider, supporter, or partner can register now without obligation.
